More widespread : Not in isolation. Fibromyalgia is   characterized by multiple tender points, widespread deep muscle pain, fatigue, and depression. There are tender points scattered over the neck, back, chest, elbows, hips, buttocks, and knees. See your doctor to clarify.

new jaw and arm pain for the past week, a&e said my heart isn't the cause, can fibromyalgia be causing this even though it's a new symptom?

Yes but need more in: jaw and arm pain can be myofascial soft tissue pain in fibromyalgia.There are  other  parts of your  evaluation that  needs  to be completed. The  Jaw  may be  TMJ, The arm may be  bursitis or tendinitis. Have  your  physician evaluate you and have  you see a rheumatologist to help clarify this.  What other  medical  problems  and other  myofascial symptoms do you have?. Fibromyalgia is widespread

Second opinion.: At your age, heart disease possible but onlikely. Did the doc do an EKG? Chest Xray? if not, get a second opinion from an internist.

i have been feeling very tired lately and get short breath. quite often my throat feels sore and scratchy but i have no tonsils. my joints and bones ache a lot. i'm getting brown spots on my legs and arms. pain in my boobs and between my shoulders?

Doctor can evaluate: Shortness of breath is not normal, unless it is the mild temporary shortness of breath with sports activities (but even then, one must be sure she is not having more shortness of breath than her sports peers have). Possible reasons for shortness of breath include heart attack, heart arrhythmia, heart failure, fluid around the heart, fluid in the lungs, asthma, a bad case of costochondritis, etc...

i have chronic left shoulder, neck and arm pain. it affects my sleep and is wearing me out.  what can i do that will help this with out a lot of meds.?

Depends: Have you had a diagnosis? Why just one side, in general arthritis affects most joints, if it has lasted more than 2 weeks then you really need to be worked up it could be a pinched nerve in your neck and physical therapy may greatly help.

i am experiencing  arm pain and cant straighten my arm. this is after working out for the first time. lots of pain and cant move arm without pain.

Arm pain: If there has been no injury and If the pain is in the joint at either the elbow or shoulder, tendinitis is likely. Often a tender spot is present. Treatment consists of cold alternating with hot(not boiling) applications, rubbing in liniment like bengay and taking anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve. If symptoms persist or worsen see your physician for evaluation, advice and treatmen

See your physician: You need to see your physician.  This could be a muscle strain; you could have torn a ligament.  Get it evaluated; today if possible

POTS: Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is a condition in which the heart abnormally has an exaggerated increase in heart rate in change in position from lying down to standing up. This can result in varied symptoms including palpitations, dizziness, fainting (less brain flow), chest pain, numbness/tingling. You should see your cardiologist for continued management.
