i have been diagnosed with bipolar and ibs and i have constant tension headaches. i struggle with my legs. i always struggle with my back. i am tired all the time even though i am sleeping with a mouth guard that helps sleep apnea could i have fibrom?

Rheumatologist: Your symptoms may be due in large part to depression, but I recommend consulting a rheumatologist. Appropriate testing will be done.  Yes, you may have fibromyalgia  but it's advisable to check for other medical issues in view of your fatigue before attributing it to depression or sleeping problems. Continue follow-up with your psychiatrist or see one for proper treatment of bipolar disorder.

Palpitations?: I don't know what pulptation is but I am wondering if you mean palpitations. If you have unusual feeling with heart beats then consider medical evaluation as well as reducing stress,  smoking cessation, & reduced  use of caffeine and alcohol.

Almost never, but...: Fainting, as it often happens when not quite enough blood flows to the brain, not due to a heart problem, leads to a quick awakening once the person is lying down for a minute or two. A primary care doctor can evaluate to see if  it is just this or more. If one is really unlucky, such as fainting when he is sweeping leaves off his second story roof, he'll tumble off, land on the concrete, and die.

When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

What toxins?: Many people use the vague term "toxins" to scare u and drive u to buy their product.  While there are toxic byproducts of metabloism, urea, carbon dioxide etc  that your body needs to clear, it does this already (excellently) using you liver, lungs and kidneys.     Most other "toxins" are imaginary.  Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, exercise etc and dont waste your $ fighting fake toxins!

3 c: Fiber in the diet helps prevent constipation, colon cancer and it may help to lower your cholesterol. It also can help to prevent diverticulr disease. Drink plenty of fluids too.
