Xray: stay show stones? maybe cause of pain. Blood in urine most likely stones.

1. Yes  2. No.: The pelvis is packed with organs all fighting for elbow room -- an enlarged uterus blocks rectal evacuation. It could also cause urinary frequency and urgency; or even issues with sex. If they're that big, you may be headed for hysterectomy. The kidneys and liver are tucked way up high and out of the pelvis -- no worries there. Take a stool softener to maintain a stool that curls and bends.

having mri with contrast for fibroids. ive had an mri with contrast before on my kidneys but ive gotten myself anxious about the potential allergic reaction. is this likely to happen if ive had it done before?

: Reactions to the contrast material usually occur with their initial use. Subsequent use is usually problem free. However, licensed facilities are always prepared to stop a study and administer reaction reversal meds when and if they ever occur.

Issues: For now the only concern should be the management of your thyroid. Management of the other issues will be taken care of once your thyroid issues are stable.

Sweet, sour fruit: The tamarind is best described as sweet and sour in taste, and is high in tartaric acid, sugar, B vitamins and, oddly for a fruit, calcium. Eat it in moderation.
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
Going forward remember to drink water generously, sleep on a regular schedule and eat foods grown locally and in season.
Consider a "sattvic" diet of fruits and vegetables, nuts, oils and cooking herbs.

: No, small amount of fluid is not uncommonly seen in the pelvic cul de sac and it moves with changing position (free flow fluid). Those noted conditions are not known as the cause of fluid in the abdominal cavity. Take care.

Multiple issues: Swollen bowel loop--i don't understand description but this could be diverticulosis or an ileum.
Fatty liver: chronic condition associated with obesity and diabetes, can cause cirrhosis over time.
Fibroid uterus: common in 40 year old women
kidney concretion: I have no idea but maybe this is calcium deposited in the kidney.
No 1 diagnosis puts all of these together.  You need to see your doctor.

i went to the er due to severe pain in my right side. the er doctor said i had numerous fibroids. they ruled kidney stones but could not see it. what should i do?

Get to GYN: The er is there for an emergency; they have to take their best guess and make sure your not dying.  You may need an ultrasound if not done but you probably had a ct.  See your ob/ gyn, he may have felt them on pelvic but they are harder to see on ct scan than ultrasound.

Kidney stones or UTI: Kidney stones are frequently associated with UTI. You should check this first. Typically large fibroids push on the bladder and it is slow and continuos process. Abrupt onset of symptoms is usually directs towards bladder and kidneys problems.
