Get to GYN: The er is there for an emergency; they have to take their best guess and make sure your not dying. You may need an ultrasound if not done but you probably had a ct. See your ob/ gyn, he may have felt them on pelvic but they are harder to see on ct scan than ultrasound.

Location of pain: Best test for kidney stone is cat scan and for uterus fibroids - ultrasound . Also sometimes if one has kidney stone, urine test may show calcium crystals. Kidney stone can radiate from flank to groin, whereas uterine fibroids pain is typically localized to groin / pelvic / lower abdomen
