: You did not mention several important results of: leucocyte esterase and nitrite by dipstick result and red blood cell count and white blood cell counts by microscopic exam. Bacteria is often present and mucous threads are not rare (because of vaginal discharge)  by microscopic exam. Trace blood by dipstick can be present in certain conditions even you do not have blood in the urine (hematuria).
