my 3 month old has flu. if he is not running fever anymore could he still pass the virus on to my 5yr old?

Depends on situation: Most of those with the flu will shed the virus in their oral secretions or by cough in droplets for 7-10 days regardless of fever. The use of tamiflu (oseltamivir) will often drop a fever and it has some value in preventing flu when taken by uninfected family members.

No pain due to fever: Fever is part of the body's response to infection, mediated by the release of chemicals (cytokines) from inflammatory cells directed against the agent causing infection.  The same is at least partially true for the muscle pain, although there may be some breakdown of muscle cells by the virus (myositis).

i already went through 3 days of chills and fever, today is my 5th day and now i have the symptoms i listed. is that nirmal of the flu and am i still contagious? if yes can someone be in the same room and get my virus?

Possibly but: It is time for you to contact your doctor given the severity of your symptoms.  Do realize that as we get older, we are more likely to develop complications such as pneumonia from a flu- if you indeed are suffering from that.  If it is a virus, you can indeed transmit it to someone even in the same room as you.  Be sure to wash your hands before touching anything or shaking any hand.

Virus: Sure sounds like a virus. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for aching and/or fever as directed on the bottle. Drink plenty of fluids. Rest if your tired. Keep your dishes separate and WASH HANDS OFTEN. COVER MOUTH/NOSE if sneezing!

Forget the rabies: If you & the dog are alive it is not rabies. See your doc for an appropriate exam, diagnosis & treatment.

Not the virus: directly, but physiological or psychological stress can affect the hormones that regulate your menstrual cycle.  Having an occasional late, early or different menstrual period is quite common.  I notice that you say you have a low thyroid but I don't see that you're taking any thyroid replacement.
