Evening fever: For how long  you had the fever, does it correlate with other symptoms ? like general malaise?, pain headache,  enlarged lymphnodes,  muscle acke, 
Are you taken medication like Aleve (naproxen), (naproxen)  you need a lab test: CBC, ESR, CMP, and a CXR
Your symptoms may range from a cold to a more severe issue.
Start Aleve (naproxen) two tabs a day, take tbs mid-day, for a week . Come in a week

Body temperature: Everybody's body temperature varies over the course of a day, usually lowest in the morning (as low as 96-97) and highest in the afternoon or early evening (i[ tp 99.5 or so). In the afternoon or evneing, 99.3 usually is normal.

Yes it could: it appears you are taking antibiotics and that could cause you to have a negative urine culture but still have infection. You may need more or different treatment. I suggest you see your physician for further evaluation.

However if fevers persist or worsen,especially with shaking chills,cough,severe headache or burning on urination, see your physician as a bacterial infection requiring testing and antibiotics may be present.
