Need eval: These symptoms are somewhat random to be able to give you a specific cause. I do recommend you make an appointment to go see your doctor. The headache and chest pains need many other questions answered. Such as are you short of breath, are you feeling dizzy or like you're going to pass out. Random symptoms as this may suggest a virus. Try otc med such as tylenol (acetaminophen) for NSAID if not better go see dr.

Many: Your symptoms are extremely non specific. If the chest pain continues or worsens see a doctor immediately, especially if associated with difficulty breathing. You need to be sure you're not having a heart attack or something similar. If your heart is ok (which hopefully it will remain for a long time!), then there are many things that could cause these symptoms.

Infection: Lower respiratory tract infections can cause fever and chest pain usually with cough and sometimes headache. You need evaluation.
