Many things: Many infectious problems can cause such symptoms. Most common would be a urinary tract infection or kidney stone.  Often this will come with burning during urination.  Ovarian cyst rupture or pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause these symptoms. Appendicitis and diverticulitis are in the mix, as well.  If it worsens or persists check with your doctor!

Back pain: is probably not related to Prilosec side effect.  Consult with your doctor for other causes if your pain persists.

Go to ER: You sound quite ill, with potential involvement of the central nervous system. Do not delay, go and get evaluated professionally. If you can go and get seen in your PCP office immediately that is good, but if not go to ER. Hope all clears well.

Back pain: Fever is very unusual to have with back pain and suggests the pain is from an infection. A urinalysis is a good first step. Go to the ER or urgent care now.

See a doctor: If you have a cold/flu, you may be having fevers/chills which can cause back spasms and pain. 
However, if you are having pain and fevers originating from the back you may have an infection in the back, the kidneys, or other structure near the back. 
It is best to see a doctor soon to make sure that an infection in or around your back is ruled out.

Yes: Low back pain and a fever together can be a sign of a possible spinal infection and needs to be further evaluated by a doctor.  Although other conditions (like a urinary tract infection) can cause similar issues, any associated neurologic issues (such as pain or weakness in the legs or losing bowel or bladder control) can be a medical emergency and shouldn't be ignored.

Please see Dr.: There are a number of possible reasons for his symptoms, and the only way to find the cause is to see his Dr. for evaluation.  And if he's been vomiting for 3 days, I'd advise seeing the Dr. tomorrow.

: This could be a kidney infection, even a kidney stone, but could consider gall bladder issues.  See your doctor, get appropriate exam and testing.  You cannot manage this yourself, especially at this time in India with COVID-19 raging.

Not related: Sciatica is due to mechanical compression of the sciatic nerve and fever is from an infection or immune system process. Fever and back pain (not sciatica) can exist in many conditions such as kidney infection, etc. Call your doctor and start by saying that you have a fever.
