However, in your case, your Fertility issues may be due to Tubal scarring after Ligation and  Reversal of the Tubal Ligation.  Scarring of the tubes will hinder Sperm travel to the Egg, and the Fertilized Egg itself may have end up in the scarred Fallopian Tube instead of the Womb (an emergency ectopic).

No big worry: I suspect that you have nothing to worry about. The obvious concern might be a thin endometrium but this is not too likely. Your doctor can check with an ultrasound. If the lining is thin mid-cycle then change medication or add estrogen or possibly even increase the Clomid (clomiphene) to make the ovary produce more estrogen. Many options. Best wishes.
