im 5months pregnanet i drinking 10 glasses  of water&dissolve 2teaspoon  glucon-d in a normal routine day ,so is it any side effects of my baby and me?

Why take Glucon?: If you are not diabetic it probably does not cause harm but it is not clear why you are taking Glucon-D. It is a highly concentrated Glucose supplement. There is not a clear health benefit of using this. If you are worried about low blood sugar discuss with your doctor so that testing can be done. Drinking juice or eating food would likely have more beneficial effects

i've been taking 330 mg of ferrous fumarate every 12 hours, and i have been experiencing insomnia, can the medication be the cause? should i take it in the morning only to avoid insomnia?

: Iron supplementation does not typically cause insomnia. But, to see if it is contributing, skip the night time dose one night and see if the insomnia persists. If you don’t have the insomnia on a night you don’t take the iron dose, then call the doctor who prescribed the iron and see what an alternative to this treatment would be. That doctor can also decide if 1 dose a day would be effective.

Anemia: It depends on the degree of anemia, but most cases can be treated with over the counter iron tablets.

Tk ferrous gluconate: It's much easier on the gut, or eat spinach, dark leafy greens have a lot or iron and trace minerals. Hydrate well!

No: From theoretical standpoint, there is not.

A review of two drug interaction checkers, Micromedex and Lexi-Comp, also yields no documentation of an interaction.

i am taking ferrous sulfa. drug 3x daily, and it says to take on an empty stomach.after i take this drug, how long later can i eat?i am anemic.

Ferrous sulfate: This is best absorbed from an acid stomach environment. Take ferrous sulfate on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Avoid taking antacids or antibiotics within 2 hours before or after taking ferrous sulfate, and you can probably eat at about the same time.

does propranolol, carbimazole , piriton or ferrous sulphate cause breathing problems? because i've been experiencing this since taking these drugs.

Propranolol: Propranol is a beta nerve blocker.  Beta stimulating medications such as albuterol help open the airways.  When the beta nerves are blocked by the propranol this can lead to worsening asthma/breathing problems.  Carbimazole treats hyperthyroid, piriton is an antihistamine and ferrous sulfate iron all of which would cause minimal effect on breathing.

Accepted Answer

Every 8 hrs: you can take it every 8 hours. you may want to add a daily  stool softener because iron can sometimes make you constipated.
