Breakthrough: bleeding is common with the pill, and is not harmful, or a sign that pill is ineffective for contraception. Terrible nuisance, though, talk to your doctor as this can be remedied.

i used to take ferriten, vit d and calcium supplements to treat my hair, i am not anemic.
i stopped taking those supplements all of the sudden, now i am always dizzy and having low blood pressure and somedays headaches
is that because i stopped them?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!

Iron or vitamin: Can't be certain but iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency and also systemic illness or even toxin exposure. Your new physician will look for these among other issues.

Need to evaluate: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your results are consistent with iron deficiency. Do you have heavy periods? Do you eat a normal diet? Have you been evaluated for celiac disease? If you are not able to absorb oral iron, it may be given intravenously.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Completely: It's a measure of storage iron. Serum iron is the elemental iron actually in the bloodstream. A person may take a few iron pills "to be healthy" before visiting the physician and have normal serum iron despite being profoundly iron deficient; only serum ferritin will show the latter.
