Coarctation: In coarctation of the aorta, femoral pulses are typically weak or absent with lower blood pressure in the lower extremities. Palpation of femoral pulses does not exclude this diagnosis though; i.e. Pulses are not always absent in aortic coarctation.

Using fingers:: During a physical exam, the doctor may find that a person with a coarctation has higher blood pressure in the arms than in the legs. The doctor also might hear a heart murmur or notice that the pulses felt in the groin area or on the feet are weak or even absent.

Maybe: Veins usually don't pulsate, arteries do. Need to see doctor to make sure there is no aneurysm (weakness in vessel wall).

Pulse?: A pulse is something felt by palpation.  A doppler, which is a machine that "listens" to blood flow, can't get a pulse but can produce a signal that tells us flow is present.  An occluded fem-pop bypass will almost certainly have no pedal pulse but the patient may continue to have a pedal signal found on doppler.  Discuss further with a board-certified vascular surgeon.

: Impressive numbers, and likely very normal for you.  Unless you have slow pulse due to heart block, or low BP due to orthostatic hypotension or dehydration, I would say you are in no "danger".

No: This is great on both
bp is usually too low if the systolic is less than 90.  Pulse rate is usually too low if less than 50.

No: A normal heart rate is up to 100. A normal diastolic blood pressure is up to 85. There may be situations where these numbers may be appropriately expected in an individual however.

Many ways: If you have symptoms most likely the osteophytes will be the  due to  of arthritis in the joint and this have to be corrected by surgery (hip replacement) or some time with arthroscopy.
