Blood: This would suggest that the bright red blood came from the vulva or vagina rather than the urinary tract. To be sure, a clean urinary specimen could be sent for a microscopic exam to make sure there are no red blood cells under the microscope. A gyn exam should be performed if blood appears again without your menstrual period.

Polyuria: An important question is whether you are putting out a large volume of urine, or is this 20-times/day just a little bit each time?  If you are peeing a large volume, then you are probably drinking a lot also, and you should get checked for diabetes.  Urine glucose, blood glucose would be high. Less likely, diabetes insipidus.

: First get morning urine sample tested for UTI. Then increase your water intake, take cranberry juice twice a day. Maintain proper hygiene in urogenital area. Go to pee immediately after sex. Your doctor will treat you for urinary tract infection depending on the lab results and further work up as needed. Hope it helps.
