Pretty much: Female ejaculation or peeing during an orgasm is probably just the result of intra abdominal pressure on the bladder while muscle are tensing during sexual climax.This can also occur with a valsalva or crede maneuvers. However the release of urine is not fundamentally part of the female orgasm.
