Yes, the doctor will look at your penis, and is likely to examine under the foreskin. The doctor will also feel the testicles on both sides as well as the contents of your scrotum. The doctor will put a finger in your inguinal area and likely you ask to turn your head and cough (to ensure that you don't have a hernia). The doctor will also put a gloved and lubricated finger into your rectum to feel for any masses and to check the texture and size of your prostate gland. The whole thing only takes a couple minutes.  It is really important in life to have your genitals examined. Ask the doctor about doing self examinations of your testicles - so you can check yourself regularly to make sure you don't get cancer.  This is part of growing up.  Don't worry.   These exams are done all the time.
