feels like urine leaking, but not. basically when sit, lay, walk.. i feel like something is going to leak or leaking lil bit( but when i check its normal). my mental state went down insane because of this, even got physical. doctor said im fine..?

Urinary symptoms: Best first step is to see your doctor who will check for urinary tract infection.  After that, please increase the amount of fluid to at least 6-8 cups of water per day, until the urine is a pale lemon yellow color.  Do not reduce your liquid intake.   This can help reset your sensitivity to urinary tract sensations.  If you have fever burning pain or back pain, see your doctor.  Good luck.

Could be urine: Continuous leakage can happen with very weak urethra or bladder opening, or with fistula, which is an abnormal hole or connection btw bladder and another organ. In some women who perceive constant leakage, they always have wet pads due to very frequent leakage without a sensation of when the leak is occurring. This symptom needs evaluation by urogyne or urologist.

Treatable condition: Stress incontinence occurs after childbirth where the urethra support is stretched so it sags and urine leakage occurs with coughing, laughing, and exercise.  Kegels may help. If not, then a sling works well: takes 10 minutes, outpatient, &recovery in few days.

Unlikely: Usually, a UTI would cause pain with urination. There are exceptions to every rule however, so if you're concerned, see you primary care doctor.

I  believe  that: Arousal ( erection ) has  nothing to do with urination . Urine should flow freely unless there is functional or mechanical partial obstruction . I would advise you to see your pcp. He /she will be able to figure out why you have this problem with urination.

Urine: You may have some irritation of your urethra that causes you to think that your urine escapes. You may need to see urologist to make sure there is no problem with that.
