Strain?: Many small muscles are found between the ribs and are used for breathing.  A muscle strain can be described as a "bubble feeling" if minor.  Could take a couple weeks to improve.  Another possibility is inflammation of the lining around the lungs, but that is usually described more as a sharp pain with deep breathing.

BEND BUBBLING: Most likely gas moving in stomach or colon. Keep a diary and share with team.  If you and your team listen to your body and you it may become clear what the problem is.

Go to the ER: From your description, i would worry that you have subcutaneous emphysema which suggests a spontaneous pneumothorax. Medical mumbo-jumbo but potentially serious. Go to the er for a chest x-ray as soon as possible.

my baby boy had a severe nasal congestion this morning, had trouble breathing which led to him creating bubbles with his saliva which were also choking him?

Nasal washout: The quickest &amp; most helpful treatment is to wash out the nasal passages with a liberal amount of saline nose spray.The kid won't like it at the time but their nasal passages are small &amp; they must have this removed to breathe better &amp; it will work. He may have a cold or been triggered by fumes/dust/etc. in his environment. Removing potential triggers helps.

ekgs, xrays & blood works all normal.  have a lot of gas in the belly & lots of bubble movement under left rib cage and shortness of breathing at times. taking prilosec. is it due to creatine ?

Gas entrapment: Gas entrapped in the left upper abdomen may be in the stomach or splenic flexure of the colon. If you can't expel the gas or break it up with drinking warm water or taking simethicone type agents by mouth, applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen may relieve the gaseous discomfort. Stopping the creatine supplement is the only way to find out if it's causing gas build up. Prilosec won't help gas.

Hard to tell: We need to have more informations such as history of smoking, do you  cough a lot, do you have any pain when you breathe, a bubble sound may be  an indication of air passing through a fluid, chronic bromchitis, or fistula between trachea and esophagus; you probably need to see a doctor for further evaluation.
