Many things: Many things can give you the symptoms above.  Common causes of the way you are feeling are iron deficiency and gastritis.  See your doctor for a proper history and physical exam.

B/C there is: Our intestines are always moving as we digest food and transport stool through our colon. It could be that you are noticing those movements.

Are the symptoms related to any particular item in diet, pain, diarrhea, excessive flatus, emotional turmoil, constipation, bloating, vomiting etc? Please discuss with your doctor for possible further work-up.

Tough to say: Toiugh to say what is casing this.  Many things in the stomach area can be corrected with a change in your diet.  Try playing detective and changing your diet around, if you still have that feeling, see a dr. For an evaluation.

Constipation: The constipation may be causing the nausea. You may be constipated because of a recent stomach flu and dehydration. For constipation, you can use over the counter miralax (polyethylene glycol). If you look at the Bristol stool scale, your stools should be Bristol type 4. If the symptoms don't improve, see your doctor for further blood work to look for other causes like thyroid disease and diabetes.
