can you please tell me why it feels like there is something stuck in my upper back area every time i swallow i can fell it stuck i try to drink water?

Dysphagia: You are having a foreign body sensation and difficulty swallowing, any blockage in the food pipe/esophagus might cause this problem. The blockage might be from a stricture, web diverticulum, or growth. see a gastroenterologist.

Spasm of the --: --esophagus 2ndary 2 GERD can cause this as well as the back pzin, called referred pain. Get into C an UGI specialist 4 evaluation. In the meantime try an OTC antacid, liquid works faster than tablets.

Please see a MD asap: Simply stated, this can be a variety of very treatable conditions.  Your pcp or other experienced physician will be able to help diagnose the underlying etiology of symptoms - and thus, hopefully help treat you appropriately. Right upper back: If you are getting a stabbing or throbbing pain in the area of your right shoulder blade, you may be having problems with your gallbladder.  Do you get the pain after meals? nausea? vomiting? diarrhea? If yes, you need to have an ultrasound and maybe surgery. If no then it may just be muscular

Many things - possib: Possibly serious.  Heart/lung/musculoskeletal are most common.  Can you breathe deeply and comfortably?  Any nausea or shortness of breath?  See a doctor right away.

Exercise: Counter-intutive as it may seem, exercise is likely to help. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk prodFor good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Shoulder pain: This can be muscle pain, especially if you hurt your back and you have been compensating for it by walking dand holding yourself differently, it should resolve with time and nsaidss.

i have lupus- and when i was first diagnosed my upper back felt extremely inflamed, 3 months later feels like this again & headache- is this a flare?

Not really!: Back pain is not a typical feature of sle.  You may have another disease with chemical markers for sle, or another problem causing your back discomfort/pain. See your rheumatologist!
