i had unprotected sexual intercourse 2 weeks back and i feel something in my urethra after a pee and feel the urge to pee again, i have no discharge or pain and my urine is its normal colour and smell so i doubt std, what could be the cause?

: It is difficult to speculate for any condition infection, inflammation of the urinary passageway can do that. Drink plenty of water and if it does not clear up pl see your doc/ urologist. Hope you do noy have to.

Urethral "lump" ?: A hard "lump" in the female urethra may be secondary to a urethral diverticulum ( small hernia in urethra, filled with urine or is inflamed).  Get a referral to a urologist for an exam and potential treatment.

my urine us very strong and foul smelling and it feels like a knife is cutting my urethra hole at the end of my urine..whats going on?

Likely UTI: Your symptoms suggest a urinary tract infection--UTI--which is quite common in females. Since symptoms are severe, you likely will need an antibiotic. OTC med such as Azo can help alleviate some of  the symptoms, but likely won't cure it... so, I suggest contacting your doc for an evaluation.

: Passing of bubbles thru urethra is rare and can occur in some conditions not common at your age like fistulas (connection) between the large intestine or vagina with the bladder. drink plenty of fluids and if symptoms still persist pl see a Urologist.

Nope: A peri-urethral tear should heal well if allowed to. If stitches were needed, your doc would have used dissolvable sutures so don't pull or rub these. Your doc would also make sure your sutures don't distort or pull the urethra to one side. Rinse after voids, don't wipe. This area usually heals very nicely. Take care.

: Just neglect it, only pay attention if pain is persistent, exacerbated with voiding or pain is associated with urethral discharge or bleeding.

i have a tiny hole in my clitoris, i'm sure it's not my urethra, something white comes out, like a dough. i do not know if it's normal :( i just noticed that it is more than one small hole, all with discharge?

: Probably you have a sebaceous cyst. In itself it is harmless, but such cysts can become infected. See a doctor to judge whether it should be treated, perhaps with very minor surgery. Avoid expressing discharge for a few days before you are examined, so you can demonstrate it to the doctor. Good luck.

Urethritis: Irritation or itching inside the urethra can be from a few different things - if you're sexually active, you should get tested for stds.  Try to avoid soaps, perfumes that could irritate the urethra.  Urinary tract infections can also cause itching/irritation in the urethra.  Make sure you check it out with your doctor if its persisting!

i am a female. 18 years old. and i can see my urethra. it hangs out of my body. it's been this way for a while. is something wrong?

Maybe!: Maybe not.  Are you obese? This is critical, since it would be more likely pathologic.  Do you have a large clitoris.  It may then be normal.  Are you having problems with leakage and control? You did not mention this.  If you have issues, see a urologist!
