Sebaceous cyst?: Something like this usually turns out to be nothing serious at all, often a sebaceous cyst or something similar. No STD causes such things and neither does any other serious infection or cancer. See a doctor if it continues to enlarge, gets red or sore, or you otherwise are worried. In the meantime, hands off. Repeatedly feeling it or squeezing will cause increased pain and make diagnosis harder.

Lymph nodes?: Depending on location--if near 'crease' between thigh & belly more likely--they could be lymph nodes. These can swell when infection near by--genital or in leg--or with other medical conditions. Should get examined by your dr / urgent care dr for proper diagnosis and any needed testing and treatment.

hard painless rollable ball under skin in groin. had for two weeks plus. popped as a pimple with a lot of blood before. what should i do? what is this

Groin lump: The lump is most likey a swollen lymph node, you probably had a small abscess or boil  that  you popped  before, that is the reason you got the reactive lymph node, leave it alone it should resolve slowly spontaneously  with time, if it get bigger or  is painful or more  lumps develop then you should see your doctor.  Good luck.

i discovered i have a hard, round, almost ball like, dime sized bump under my skin in the groin area. got tested for stds, not it. other possibilities?

Lymph gland?: Enlarged inguinal lymph node could be the issue. Enlargement can occur from infection further down the leg.

i have this uncomfortable feeling on my pelvis, where my paint line is. it feels like a swelling or a ball inside my skin. no serious pain yet, just a bit of discomfort. i had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured september 2017.

Sore along pant line: Lymph nodes are in that area. If you do not have a pelvic infection then you may have a sebaceous cyst in that area that is irritated. Hot compresses may help calm it down. Have your doctor check it out for you.

i'm 34 weeks. i was told the baby is slightly angled(oblique) but head down. head in pelvis, bum is diagonally to left. no one seemed concerned but i am. is it true pelvic rocking on excercise ball helps to correct and maintain optimal birth position?

: If the head is presenting, that is very reassuring.  The buttocks may be on the left or the right, depending on rotation of the baby.  I am not aware that any exercise maintains "optimal" birth position.  Good luck!

Urgent Care?: Too confusing, but certainly sounds like you are miserable and need some sort of help. Breathing is necessary - so have someone drive you (don't try to drive w/ your bad knee!) to a UCC or ER. Be evaluated and get clear advice for what you should do to take care of yourself. Best!

This is likely: Do get this seen by your physician at your yearly physical. We want to be sure it's not pre-cancer -- this pops up as little red splotches on the glans. I admire and respect you as an outdoor worker -- thanks for what you do. Some talcum / gold bond powder to the area before and after can work minor miracles for heat rashes on a guy.

Cysts: Multiple cysts just under the skin. The condition is called steatocystome multiplex. Creams are marginally effective. The cysts can opened and drained or each one can be cut out but that would lea e multiple small scars. This is cosmetic in nature and the cysts become rarely infected.
