Dehydration: I would recommend you consult your physician. You did not mention what caused your fever is it a viral illness or flu?Your symptoms may be a manifestation of dehydration due to the fever. Weakness fatigue and palpitation all can be signs of dehydration . You should drink plenty of fluids to make up for the fluid loss and you should see your physician to be evaluated for other causes  of weakness.

Expect blood draw: With this cluster of symptoms (and your stated medical hx), i would think the clinician would be remiss not to do a blood panel to help rule out significant problems and to allow for a view to areas that need further investigation.

In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider. Probably: A bladder or kidney infection, although other possibilities are pelvic infection, ectopic pregnancy, or even appendicitis.  You need to be seen by a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

: Covid-19 infection is a multi-system disease so you feel better overall but your pulmonary symptoms persist because you may have post inflammatory pulmonary disease versus superinfection. You need to have a blood test and CXR done to rule out bacterial pneumonia because of weakness, fever and worse coughing +/- pleuritic chest pain. Antibiotic therapy is indicated if leukocytosis is present.

Symptom complex: There are such a variety of different infections out there, and God made each of us differently - so each case of illness is really individualized. How a patient feels each symptom, how their body is 'fighting' the infection etc. I think what you're asking are the symptoms of acute HIV infection - which unfortunately can go 'unrecognized' about half of the time. Good to get checked if in any doubt

Virus: In view of the associated fever this is most likely a viral intestinal tract infection (as opposed to food poisoning)   and  usually runs its course in several days. Rest, drink adequate fluids, avoid roughage, greasy foods and milk products if you're experiencing diarrhea. Soft solid foods are best. Tylenol as needed for aches,pains and fever. If diarrhea is problematic take kaopectate as needed.
