Fluid: Stay out of the sun if possible. Drink enough fluid to produce good urine output. Take naps if you can. If you must work, move slowly and keep a bottle of water by your side. If you get dizzy from the heat use ice packs under your arms and around the back of your neck. Consider going to an emergency room if it gets really bad.

Possibilities...: If you are having this type of symptoms you need evaluation in order to check for different possibilities: thyroid disease, anemia, diabetes. If you  are having cough and weight loss as well you should get a tuberculosis test although similar symptoms can be found in other diseases too.If you are sexually active and irregular period pregnancy is a consideration as well.Try to see your doctor soon.

Try consuming enough water to make urine pale &amp; clear. If that's not enough to make you feel better, it's time to see your Family Doc.But in mean time, go see Ophthalmologist or Optometrist (whoever you can get appt with first).
