Anxiety: is state of tension, apprehension, worry, uneasiness or fear. It may be related to anticipated danger or arise for no apparent reason. While mild episodes of anxiety are common and do not usually require treatment, more severe forms can be chronic and debilitating. See your PCP for evaluation and referral.

Nausea after food: There are a few things that could be at the source of these symptoms.  If it is an isolated event, it could be bad food.  If it is persistent, it could be inflammation of the stomach, a peptic or duodenal ulcer.  Slowed digestion can also cause the food to sit in the stomach which could be a source as well. If these symptoms persist see your doctor for further evaluation.

Test.....: it is possible your stomach is not emptying well for some reason. This would make you feel full with only small amounts of food and drink. Do you get this feeling with solid foods also? Are you diabetic? You could have a test called a gastric emptying study to see if your stomach is emptying properly. There are also medications that can help with this. See your doctor so this can be diagnosed!

Postprandial pain: If you have abdominal pain after meals, this could be a number of things.  However, the most common cause is gallbladder dysfunction.   Suggest to have gallbladder evaluation.   Other possible causes including slow stomach (gastroparesis), colon cancer, or just simply indigestion.  If symptoms persists and progressed, please discuss with your doctor.

Alcohol: The obvious easy answer is to stop drinking alcohol.   I'm not one to quote the law a lot, but I notice that you are only 17 years old, too.  I am not aware of anywhere it is legal to drink at 17.  In my experience, many alcoholics start drinking in their teens as a way to self-medicate and try to escape problems.   I'm worried about you.  You should see a counselor or therapist, and a doctor.

my boyfriend just had his gallbladder out on thur but hasnt been able to eat or even drink water without feeling sick he already lost 60lbs hasnt been able to eat since 3 days after thanksgiving

Your : Your boyfriend needs to have a follow up with the surgeon who performed the surgery. Typically by one week after such a surgery normal food can be tolerated. The fact that he has lost so much weight and is unable to tolerate food is worrisome. He may be dealing with a serious post-operative complication (adhesions, bowel obstruction, hernia etc.) his surgeon will hopefully get to the bottom of this. He may need an abdominal ultrasound or ct scan.

Nausea and Vomiting: Mothers around the world know some secrets here. First if you have a fever and or a heart rate above 120 BPM you may need IV fluids from your nearest hospital.  But, at home if you are even throwing up what you drink I have patients use popsicles or other frozen fluids to slowly keep the fluids going in to you and not out.
