Test.....: it is possible your stomach is not emptying well for some reason. This would make you feel full with only small amounts of food and drink. Do you get this feeling with solid foods also? Are you diabetic? You could have a test called a gastric emptying study to see if your stomach is emptying properly. There are also medications that can help with this. See your doctor so this can be diagnosed!

Stomach issue.: without any additives to it (like drinking water) then the volume must be causing symptoms. An irritation or blockage in the upper digestive area would be responsible. This is assuming things are consistent. If it is only sometimes, or only with some beverages or water but not occuring with cheeto's, then a motility disorder or anxiety disorder. Otherwise, ulcer, reflux, or gastritis are possible.
