why does it feels like theres something stuck in between my bone on my lower back and also have pulling feeling..its really uncomfortable to sit,lay or walk..only thing that feels okay is to lean on a pillow?

Painful swelling: get it checked by doctor. some times the pain may just be because of chostochondritis. If there is a swelling in question please get it looked at. Given that it is painful- it is likely to be a inflammatory condition but will need examination.

You need a workup:  We would want to know what your work up has shown .Have you had a chest x-ray or CT. One of the studies has your physician done. These are things to be looked at to see where this feeling comes from

Cyst or bone spur: This sounds like it could be from a cyst or a bone spur; if it appeared relatively suddenly, a cyst is more likely.  If its been forming for years, its more likely a bone spur.  Both can be painful.  If its bothering you, have it evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon.
