Depends: It really depends on which surgery fr weight loss you had. Most surgeries do lead to a full feeling after eating. Nausea shoudl only occur if you over eat. Over time, most patients know when to stop eating to avoid nausea.

Possible but: Nausea is not the usual  symptom for celiac disease, but weight loss and abdominal discomfort are.    You need to see a doctor if this problem persists.

Low calorie diets: A 1200 cal per day diet is very restrictive. Diets this restrictive should only be used in very short intervals. Your nausea may be due to your diet being too restrictive. It may be better in your situation to try to lose weight more slowly by eating a less aggressive diet. At 109 pounds, you don't have much to lose anyway. Be safe. Treat your body well. Good luck.

Gag feeling: Plan B is out of your system very fast after taking it. This may not be related to Plan B. A gastroenterologist is the specialist you will see to have this evaluated.

Possible Reflux: First though I would have might be possible acid reflux as the symptoms center around earing. Alvesco (ciclesonide) doesn't list these symptoms in it's side effect panel but you should discuss this with your MD. The other problem could be mod severe constipation. If you are a bit backed up this could cause an imbalance in digestion. See your MD to review your history and do a physical.

Dyspepsia: The symptom you are having is likely dyspepsia. It may be ulcer related or due to esophagitis or gastritis or may be non ulcer dyspepsia. Please see a physician. Also advise not to stay off foods for non medical reasons for long periods of time.

Nausea: Having nausea after food intake could be a number of things.  However, if your symptom persists, you need to have gallbladder evaluation.  Other causes could be medications, peptic ulcer disease, or gastroparesis.  It is good that you are not pregnant, which is the first thing we need to rule out with patients at this age range.

See your: PCP (Primary Care Provider) your symptoms may be due to GASTRITIS and this can have multiple causes! Get some antacid in the meantime and take 2 hours after eating and at bedime!

Gastric acid reflux: Hello Carla,

The most common cause of the symptoms you describe is gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), commonly  known as heart burn. Consider trying over the counter ranitidine, omeprazole, Tums (calcium carbonate) or Maalox. Avoid foods that worsen your symptoms.
Pregnancy could also cause similar symptoms, so make sure you take a pregnancy test.
If these measures don't help, see your primary care for testing.
