Blood pressure? : Sometimes eating causes the blood pressure to go down.  That can cause nausea and dizziness.  Or you could have a stomach problem, such as reflux or even stomach emptying problems.

Normal but,,: Apparently, this is in normal range as the measurement is in mmol/l instead of mg/dl.  Your result of 5.7 is  in normal range but it usually gets higher after a meal.  This and your symptoms could mean low sugar or hypoglycemia and it could have been much lower before you ate.  It's a good idea to see a doctor right away for a fasting sugar test and diet management.  Best of luck.

you need to see your doctor for a full evaluation, you are too young for any health problem.
watch your diet stay on light to a liquid diet.

Doubtful relation: Assuming that by dizziness you mean a sensation of spinning or tilting or loss of balance, it is more likely that you have same symptoms at other times also i.E without eating chocolate as well. See an ENT and medications can control your vertigo.

Many possibilities: Increased appetite, increased urination, nausea, and lightheadedness may indicate diabetes--increased glucose in the blood.  It could also be related to a stress, a virus, or pregnancy.  Urine pregnancy test and a blood glucose would be good things to check.

Gastritis: I'm not sure what your symptoms were that led to an endoscopy on an 18 yr old, but dizzy and sluggish are not suggestive of "mild gastritis and acid reflux". Could be: Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) can cause tremors, dizziness and feeling nauseous. If it gets better with food its a good clue blood sugar may be an issue.  Medical evaluation and blood glucose tests will help with determing if thats what it is.  Keeping a log of when it happens and what you are eating and when might alos help your doctor make a dianosis.

hello. i have a deep pain in my right hip area, it only hurts if i touch it or when i lie down pain mostly felt at the back not the front. i feel faint, dizzy and nauseous on some occasions especially after sitting for a long period and after eating.

2 symptoms: I assume there has been no recent hip area injury. If none, your symptoms are characteristic of bursitis. I don't think your other symptoms are related to the bursitis. Faintness, lightheadedness nausea can occur with inner ear disorder, postural dropping of blood pressure and your symptoms after eating could be swings in blood sugar. See your MD to get these things checked out.
