Headache: Can be something less serious like tension headaches/migraine (especially if had since younger) or could particularly in your age bracket be something more serious such as giant cell arteritis or even some issue/lesion in the brain.  Needs an urgent doctor examination and may need tests such as bloods (ESR, CRP) and maybe even brain imaging done.  All the best.

: My impression is that you have an irritable superficial scalp nerve &amp; that the symptom is not emanating from advice. the skull. These irritable nerves are more of a nuisance &amp;  tend to quiet down on their on after a short period. If the  symptom  see your MD or a neurologist for evaluation &amp; advice.
