: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Itchy rash: Full medical history and physical exam, vital signs, review of any medications/allergies. Pregnancy test. Sometimes pregnant women get PUPP. This sounds like it may be an allergic reaction which can be intermittent due to exposure to the allergen, either food, detergents, plants, dyes. If you have shortness of breath call 911. Otherwise see MD some blood tests, steroids, antihistamines. Exam ASAP

If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.
