Pinpoint leg pain. : Hard to tell with just that description. Could be a bruise or a hematoma if there was local trauma. Could be a blood clot. Could be a muscular strain.  Could even be that you’re developing shingles in that area. Again, hard to tell without more information and an appropriate clinical context. If symptoms are worsening, seek consultation with us or local evaluation.

Seek attention: A limb that is warmer than the other is never normal.  It could be something extremely serious like an infection or even a blood clot.  You should get it checked out.

hello, i have a hernia (l5).i usually feel pain in my left leg..but lately im feeling  some small pinches in my right leg..is it also hernia?

Needs: A physical examination with a doctor to be able to tell if you have groin (inguinal) hernias causing your symptoms. I cannot tell here on the computer or internet.

i can feel my pulse in 7 different areas of my lower left leg and foot w/o touching. abi was normal, but i know what i am feeling is not normal. help?

Normal.: Not sure what you are feeling, but your age and a normal ABI and absence of any other signs pretty much rules out an arterial problem.

i have pain in my left groin area when sitting in the butterfly position or when extending my left leg out. it feel like a pinching feeling at my panty line. it doesnt hurt while standing or when my legs are together. ?

Pelvic Pain: The hip and groin pain can be caused by any thing that irritates the muscles in the pelvis.  I think that this needs a good evaluation by an OB/GYN

As : As with most pain conditions, there can be a variety of potential problems that can cause the pain that you are describing.  It is difficult to diagnose with the short description given and without a proper physical examination.  Pain is often a sign of inflammation.  Inflammation often occurs when something is irritated.  Irritation occurs from a variety of different things.

If the pain does not improve, you should see someone who is qualified to make an appropriate diagnosis.  This may be nerve related, spine related, or something else.

As always, i would highly suggest you do your research when seeking medical help.  Find a physician who meets, or even better, exceeds the basic qualifications to practice in their specific field or sub-specialty.

when should i start practice strenghthening exercises for my left leg if i have tendinitis?i am better now.( no pain no weak leg ) but the area around knee has a tight stretch feeling..is this ok

Slow progression OK: Once the inflammation and local pain have resolved it is OK to begin to regain full active range of motion, stretching and strengthening.

can walking all day cause dvt? on saturday (today is tuesday) i was up and down and walking to the point my feet started hurting and feeling heavy. then i felt a pain shoot down the side of my left leg. tuesday i still feel pain in the area?

: First, DVT is usually painless. Second, sedentary, not activity or walking a lot, is a risk factor for DVT. So the pain you have could be a strained muscle or radiculopathy, not due to DVT. Your symptom should ease the next day, I expect.

only my left leg (calf down through my foot area) constantly has a "faint tingling" unrelaxed feeling. had bunionextomy 5/15. could this be related ?

Could be,but more-: -2 do with the type of anesthesia or phlebitis.get back to your surgeon for evaluation.
