Dehydration &amp; danger: You are seriously dehydrated and may have chemical imbalances that could kill you.  
I urge you to get to an emergency department NOW before it's too late.  You of course will be covered for any visit by your provincial health plan.  Please get help.  We care about you but cannot help you.

While traveling?: A brief period of mild nausea or dizziness during travel is usually not worrisome. People can get motion sickness symptoms that last for a short while after motion stops. People also sitting or standing very close to others when on vacation, on trains, on planes, etc., and can catch new illnesses during travel. Many common respiratory or stomach illnesses can start with some nausea and dizziness.

Dizziness: Dizziness means many different things to many people. You will get a much better diagnosis or answer if you describe your sensation without using the d word. Spinning, lightheaded, off balance, floating, etc.

: The most common reasons for those symptoms would be either a low blood pressure, or some kind of neurologic event that affects the inner ear. Be careful that you do not pass out or fall, but if the symptoms are persistent, be sure to see your doctor. You should hydrate yourself while regardless. Good luck.

Seasonal allergies: If your symptoms have persisted for 3 weeks, you are probably suffering from seasonal allergies.  Try OTC allergy medication.  If you do not improve, seek the attention of an allergist or an otolaryngologist.

Postural hypotension: You may experiencing a drop in blood pressure on changing to an upright position, and this could be secondary to a medication adverse effect, but, some patients with migraine experience similar sensations, due to vestibular issues, and this perhaps would benefit from some postural blood pressure readings by your doctor.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, high platelet count may be due to iron deficiency. You should discuss all of your blood test results with the doctor who ordered the test. 
Drink enough water so that your urine is colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
