Postural hypotension: You may experiencing a drop in blood pressure on changing to an upright position, and this could be secondary to a medication adverse effect, but, some patients with migraine experience similar sensations, due to vestibular issues, and this perhaps would benefit from some postural blood pressure readings by your doctor.
