Dehydration & danger: You are seriously dehydrated and may have chemical imbalances that could kill you. I urge you to get to an emergency department NOW before it's too late. You of course will be covered for any visit by your provincial health plan. Please get help. We care about you but cannot help you.

Very malnourished.: This could mean that you’re very dehydrated and malnourished, which is putting your health at immediate risk. You need to be evaluated in an emergency department right away.
