Healthy BP: A BP of 114/66 is healthy. If you were on multiple medications with the purpose of 'treating' or controlling your blood pressure then you could possible decrease the dosage a little as treating to less than 130mm hg usually is not helpful for simple hypertension. However, if you're not taking any medications for blood pressure control, then congratulations you have a healthy blood pressure.

Fatigue: Fatigue is a common symptom with lots of causes (stress, poor sleeping, chronic diseases, etc.). Most individuals can cope with episodic short-lived periods of fatigue. You should see your doctor if it has gone on for more than 2 months or is interfering with your ability to carry out your ordinary activities. Low blood pressure by itself is not a problem unless you are dehydrated.

Get checked: When this interferes with you enjoyment of daily activities it is time to have it checked out. Good rest &amp; nutrition may help, but until your basic issues are assessed it is hard to say. It could be minor or a dangerous issue starting to emerge.

: Likely “stomach virus” but of course can’t tell from your description alone. Try rehydration solutions (Pedialyte, Gatorade etc) for 1 day. If no better, off to Urgent Care

Usual: Eat well, drink plenty of fluids to raise your blood pressure.  It should be okay to take otc meds that contain decongestants, which might actually help raise your blood pressure a little bit and help you feel better while you recover.

Maybe but...: Maybe its not the low BP but the condition contributing to the low bp. Hypo thyroidism for instance, or anemia.A full work up is required to rule other causes.

Could be dangerous: at your age, BP should be much higher, at least 110.  The fact of shivers and coldness suggests an infection which could be sepsis, a serious emergency.  You need an exam to determine cause, preferably when you are having the symptoms.  Meanwhile, keep a diary of when they occur, and drink plenty of fluids, especially salty broths or tomato or V8 spiked with salt.  Drink at least 8 glasses today.
