: Who did out for this to be multiple sclerosis. It really sounds so this could be anxiety/stress related, but should your symptoms persist or worsen you probably should because of your primary care physician. Stay healthy. Good luck!

Paresthesias vs nerv: this can be a lot of problems. It may not be anything serious and could be paresthesias.you need to see your doctor to make sure it's not some infection, inflammation, myofacial pain, or even poisoning like botulism, electrolyte imbalance, etc.sometimes we see these types of symptoms with emotional stress. You need to see your physician to clarify what may be the cause of this.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

A person with a psychogenic pain disorder may complain of pain that does not match his or her symptoms and it's far from the logic. However, it is real pain and needs to be addressed by a doctors team approach.
