my stomach hurts all the time. when i wake up, when i go to sleep, 24/7. it feels like its burning on the inside. i feel like throwing up but i never do. i always feel like something is stuck in my throat?

Inflammation: It is possible you have inflammation of stomach and esophagus (the food pipe). You may experience symptoms of acid coming up or certain food making your stomach ache worse. Also there may be loss of appetite. You should avoid excessive caffeine, alcohol, spicy and sour food and pain meds and try acid reducers like famotidine and omeprazole. If symptoms do not improve within a week see a doctor.

Fullness : Fullness in the throat is often referred to as a "globus" sensation.  This might be due to post-nasal dripping, chronic tonsillitis, base of tongue tonsillitis, reflux laryngitis, or outpouching in the lining of the pharynx or esophagus called zencker's diverticulum.  As evident, there is a wide range of possibilities that can result in your symptoms.  Only a careful physical exam by a specialist, with possible needed tests, could fully lead to a correct diagnosis.

i took a tylenol maybe three hours ago, and it feels stuck in my throat. i've tried drinking warm water, eating ice cream, throwing up, etc. it doesn't hurt to swallow or anything, it just feels stuck. also i have bad acid reflux, and i have anxiety.

Pill: The mucosa in our throats can be easily irritated. The pill may have temporarily adhered to throat tissue. The fact that it still feels odd may be because of mild inflammation but doesn't mean that a pill is still stuck there. Try to calm yourself.

how do your clear your throat after throwing up?

Unclear...: Not sure exactly what you mean but if you have residual vomit in your throat, you could take a drink of a small amount of a beverage of your choice or gargle with some mouthwash. If you mean something different, then please re-submit your question or post a comment.

Nervous stomach: The body's response when stressed is too make more acid and to make the hormone gastrin. Pavlov showed this with dogs over 100 years ago.

Sometimes taking acid reducers ahead of time helps.

Throat spasm: Because you take advil you are increasing your likelihood of stomach problems and reflux. Reflux can lead to spasm of the upper throat muscle causing you to have your symptoms. Stay away from acids like coffee tea soda tomatoes and tomato sauce and try to switch from advil to tylenol (acetaminophen) and your symptoms should improve.
