Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Too soon to tell: Are you taking any medications that could be bothering your stomach? These symptoms are nonspecific at this time but could be due to gastritis(inflammation of the gastric lining). At this time i suggest a bland diet, avoidance of caffeine and alcohol. For the bloating try mylanta 1/2 hour after meals and at bedtime.  See your md if symptoms worsen or persist.

Reply.: This is pretty normal response of your body. Just make sure you break your fast with nutritious foods, plenty of liquids and eat small frequent meals if you can.

Insuff Information: I do not know UR age or UR med problems. I do not know what meds U take. If you are bloated from stool there is stool softener(Docusate Sodium). To clear stool quickly Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) 2oz or 4 Tble spoons with 12 oz of water should clean U out in 6-12 hrs.  I do not know enough about U to suggest anything else. U should see an internist and get a complete Physical and Blood tests as soon as poss.

Are you motivated?: If you don't have any medical condition that restricts you from exercise.  Start aexercise program combination of cardio and weightlifting. Enroll a family member or friend as a training partner .If you can afford  hire a personal trainer. Always start with moderate intensity  program like walking , swimming  and lifting lighter weights.
Use the machines instead of free weights to avoid injury.

Lentils: Lentils have a lot of protein. Eat them in a soup and they will fill you up and you will lose weight as long as you avoid processed foods.

Viral illness?: It could be something like a viral illness. I would say if the symptoms do not resolve within a week, I would definitely go into see your primary care provider.
