ENT: See an ENT for a thorough evaluation.  You may have a chronic ear infection or other problem.  Treatment is very important to prevent hearing loss.

Probably infection: These are typical symptoms of ordinary upper respiratory infection (common cold).  Take an antihistamine like chlorpheneramine (side effect is sleepiness) which can attenuate the symptoms.  Most of these are viral so antibiotics are not helpful.  Most colds last 3-8 days depending upon the organism.

Go to hospital: Battery can leak and cause significant internal damage.

Swallowing a Dime: Usualy a dime will pass through without any ill effects . Are you sure it was a dime - if it was a thin wafer-type battery it could cause lots of harm. ?

How much?  : If an entire, family sized tube of the 5000ppm toothpaste was swallowed all at once on an empty stomach by a child, then it would be a good idea to call the pediatrician for advice.  If you are a full-grown adult and it was the amount on your toothbrush, you should be fine.  Maybe a little bit of stomach discomfort.  Drink water.  Continue to use it!
