That's probably it!: The time period you mention is very typical for first feeling fetal movement. It usually occurs between 16 and 22 weeks. Mothers with experience in previous pregnancies are often able to appreciate the movement earlier than first timers! These first subtle kicks are known as "quickening."  The sensation is described as being like popcorn popping, goldfish swimming or butterflies fluttering! Enjoy!

Gastroenterologist: This may be irritable bowel syndrome, lactose or gluten intolerance or sensitivity. Observe for relationship to certain foods. See a gastroenterologist as needed for evaluation, treatment and dietary advice.

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If not pregnant, a doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

im 39 weeks pregnant and get lower belly cramps, rectum cramps as well. soon after i let gas out, the.cramps then go away. is it early signs of labor?

Maybe not: It sounds like you hare having cramping from gas.  The bowels are compressed by the enlarged uterus at 39 weeks and gas can cause some cramping.  Pregnant women at term get all sorts of strange sensations.  Its sometimes hard to sort them all out; however, labor pain isn't usually  associated with gas.  Labor involves regular contractions you can time with your watch every few minutes. Best wishes

Palpitations? : Palpitations is a word used exclusively for the heart. If you mean that you feel vibrations or something moving in the abdomen  likely caused by your intestines..

Hmmmm: no simple answer to this.  Either way, it is likely benign diagnosis.  Try to achieve more frequent bowel movements.  Simethicone (gas x) maybe helpful. If simethicone doesn't help, stop.  It doesn't help everyone.  Try to drink and eat slowly to prevent overswallowering of air.  One thing your doctor can do is to look at your GU system, making sure your uterus is healthy.  Hope this helps.

Gas from pants: may be an indication that your pants are too tight for you.  See your doctor to make sure you do not have a medical condition.  Also, you may be eating foods that are hard to digest, e.g., too  many raw vegetables and fruits.  Peace and good health.

Could be gas: Most likely spasm as gas passing through, maybe even kidney/ureteral stone.
 Pain?  Bleeding? Fever?  Duration? Bowel habit? Urinary issues? Back pain? Constant or comes and goes?
Other factors like previous surgery, inflammatory/gyn issues could lead to adhesions(internal scars) which can cause issues.  Hernias?
Ongoing, acute, above factors, or other issues- see your doc.
