No. Anorexia!: Anorexia and bulimia are constructs of an image unreal for most females, yet this is what the media portray.  A healthy diet and exercise are more important to keep an ideal weight.

Fears: Sudden fears can certainly occur in this age group as their imagination explodes.  I would try to investigate where these fears stemmed from (classmate, television,  school lessons, etc).  That will give some insight.  However, if these fears are debilitating and affecting daily life,  it's time to get a child psychologist involved,  even if only for a few sessions (it's very helpful).

Symptoms: I would get an examination, these could be symptoms of an ocular migraine, or even seizures if you feel like you are losing consciousness. A full exam including listening to your heart and assessing the regularity of your heartbeat, thyroid,  A full history and physical exam are indicated. It may just be anxiety as well, however the differential is large and worth looking into things in my opinion

Causes - weight gain: Wow thats harsh!
weight gain can be from normal aging and maturation
weight gain can be from hormonal imbalances such as thyroid disease
weight gain can be from heart disease or cancers
weight gain can be from anxiety and overeating
weight gain can be from eating to quell the pain of an ulcer
and on and on and on
get checked by a physician
and don't be judgemental as there are many causes.

: Hopefully you use air fresheners with nontoxic chemicals &amp; without aerosol propellants. If not, it appears that you've done all you can to properly ventilate your room. Stay out of the area as long as you can. One time heavy exposure isn't dangerous, but switch to nontoxic products for future use.

Not necessarily: Being aware that there is a mental health problem does  not mean that a person isn't schizophrenic.  Please seek a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to know definitively. Discuss your fears.
