: It seems that you are asking about agoraphobia. a diagnosis which arises out of anxiety and panic.  During the pandemic, many people not diagnosed previously are feeling this way now.  There are many factors which contribute to this,  largely  coming from a state of increased vulnerability.  Fear of catching covid, isolation, and unexpected panic attacks have not been unusual during this period.

: You need to find a life coach/therapist that can teach you some relaxing and stress reduction techniques. During the process you may also explore your mindset. I don't feel autism is realistic idea, but your confusion &amp; lack of confidence/self-worth is a fixable mental health issue.

Symptoms: I would get an examination, these could be symptoms of an ocular migraine, or even seizures if you feel like you are losing consciousness. A full exam including listening to your heart and assessing the regularity of your heartbeat, thyroid,  A full history and physical exam are indicated. It may just be anxiety as well, however the differential is large and worth looking into things in my opinion

Currently, it is an anxiety disorder where a sufferer is afraid of  difficult, or embarrassing situations from which he cannot escape, or obtain enough assistance or reassurance to feel secure. It is often related to panic disorder where the sufferer may be so fearful of panic attacks to the point of becoming unable to leave home.

weight gain can be from normal aging and maturation
weight gain can be from hormonal imbalances such as thyroid disease
weight gain can be from heart disease or cancers
weight gain can be from anxiety and overeating
weight gain can be from eating to quell the pain of an ulcer
and on and on and on
get checked by a physician
and don't be judgemental as there are many causes.

As above : It seems u r  having generalized anxiety d/o , u  may need medication and psychotherapy , see your PCP for evaluation and referral.

Not necessarily: Being aware that there is a mental health problem does  not mean that a person isn't schizophrenic.  Please seek a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to know definitively. Discuss your fears.
