Might help: When a cigarette is smoked, nicotine-rich blood passes from the lungs to the brain and stimulates the release of many chemical messengers such as acetylcholine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, vasopressin, histamine,  serotonin, dopamine, autocrine agents, and beta-endorphin. The release of neurotransmitters and hormones is responsible for most of its actions.  Endorphin will calm u.  Very addictive.

Get expert help: There are many worthwhile meds that can facilitate improved social interaction w/ less anxiety. It takes more than meds though- you need a plan, you prob need expert counsel, & most especially u need lots of opportunity to "practice" being social. Do things with a social context- regularly! and, it may require >1med; getting the right med doses & multi-drug regimen is crucial & expert md is needed.

Hundreds!: There are lots of chemical reactions going on in our body at any time.  With fear (whether to a known cause or due to panic attacks which can happen for unclear reasons or with no definite threat) one of the main ones is the adrenaline surge (fight or flight response) which causes a multitude of reactions itself. Yes: Fear and anxiety can do a lot of things! they increase our adrenaline, exhaust our adrenal glands and the body will respond in various manners to it... It is best to see your physician and be evaluated and perhaps a neurologist to be sure it is not seizures. Biofeedback, hypnosis, counseling, and chinese medicine and homeopathy can all be helpful avenues to  decrease the fear and anxiety.

Changing patterns: You haven't tried everything. You might want to talk with a professional. Psychologist. Speech therapist. Behavioral medicine. Biofeedback, hypnosis. Stress management, etc.. You need to manage the stress, and your body's response patterns.  Break down the pattern, triggers and introduce a disruption to change the pattern. Intervening in advance to lower levels of  underlying stress might help.

Yes and no: A heart rate of 84 beats per minute at rest is slightly elevated but could be normal. Anxiety itself can raise the heart rate. 84 beats per minute is not dangerous in itself, but I assume it is not always exactly 84. If it is sometimes in the 70s at rest, it is much less likely to indicate a problem.

I would encourage : You to look into cognitive behavioral therapy. This will allow you to  move past your fear.

Not likely.: Acetaminophen (which is the same thing as panadol and tylenol (acetaminophen) and paracetamol) does not have an anti-anxiety effect. However, it probably does have a placebo effect (which is legitimate) - if you think it helps your anxiety, it will. But there are far healthier ways to reduce fear and anxiety than biologically unhelpful medications.

when i talk i feel my voice causing pressure in my head. i feel like pressure of voice in my head during talking. which increase my fear and anxiety.

Pressure in head: Could be a sinus condition, ear condition, or anxiety or all.  Please start by seeing your primary care doctor who may refer you to an ENT doc or clinical psychologist.  Anxiety does not mean mentally ill, just something to learn to cope w/if that is the case.  Peace and good health.
