: There may be enough fat in your liver to cause inflammation &amp; itching. If this is the case, your liver enzymes and serum direct bilirubin ( conjugated bilirubin fraction) would be elevated. A hepatologist  or gastroenterologist would be best to follow you and advise you.

Get checked by MD: You need to get a check up from your Primary Care Physician to find out the cause of your symptoms of being tired so easily. You will need a thorough examination and if indicated blood and other tests

None: NAFLD (non alcoholic fatty liver disease) is due t fat being deposited in the liver.. Not from any beverage. Generally it is due to having high cholesterol, diabetes,. high blood pressure or being overweight. A diet high in sugar and fat can do it, (so in a round about sugary drinks can do it as well). Also it can happen due to rapid fluctuations in weight. Exercise is presently the best treatment

my alt level is 66 range is less than 46. ive a fatty liver. i drink once a week and that one day is little heavy. will this cause any chronic problem?

Listen buddy: Drinking that is "a little heavy" is like being "a little bit pregnant". I think you realize that it's time to stop, before you become addicted and you lose the ability to stop. This is a common pattern that usually ends in trouble. Especially if you have anxiety and depression, alcohol will make this worse. It's not worth it. Find something meaningful -- spirituality? fitness? -- in its place.

NO: Whatever side effects you had with accutane 3 years ago are long gone and forgotten. See a gastroenterologist or hepatologist for best results.

Fatty Liver: If your liver blood tests are abnormal and the u/s diagnosed this then you have something wrong.  If your liver enzymes are abnormal you must work on fixing this.  Fatty liver can be as dangerous as infection or alcohol.

Brittle nails: May be nutritional deficiency iron, zinc . Food intolerences like gluten sensitivity can impact as there is poor nutrition.Psoriasis has nail abnormalities as well . Liver disease can impact on nails, through malnutrition and other factors - i.e people with psoriasis are a risk for fatty liver.

What are  clinical s: What are your clinical symptoms. It the symptoms are  due to the gall stones - surgery is you only option. Better  now to have surgery than during an acute gallbadder attack.

: Often different terms can be used to describe the same thing.  If someone has a "fatty liver" usually you do see "increased echogenicity" on ultrasound.  Though not entirely "specific" it usually is due to fatty infiltration of liver.  So although different words are used here, they likely are referring to the same phenomenon.  Overuse of liver, sometimes from alcohol consumption may be a cause.

Trreat illness: Always try to treat the illness, then the pain will abate naturally.  Talk to your doctor about diet, alcohol, etc.
