i noticed a slight  hump where back and neck meet. my doctor said it is a fatty deposit. true? i am a 32 year old female.

Focal?: If you have a focal discrete fatty nodule, it is most likely a lipoma, a benign fatty tumor, more common in people with metabolic syndrome.  If more broadly based between upper thoracic spine and neck, it is probably larger area of subcutaneous fat.  These are accentuated by excess curvature of the thoracic spine and excess reverse curvature of the neck, so postural issues and weight both factors.

can someone who is hypothyroidism also have cushing syndrome? since i have fatty deposits in the face, midsection, and fat back of the neck?

Hormone issues: Yes, you may have both hypothyroidism and Cushing's, but it is not common.
With that in mind please have your primary doctor refer you to an Endocrinologist.

I would appreciate hearing from you once the above issues are explained in detail.

i'm 22 f, i hv gained a lot of weight for 4 yrs. there's fullness on my back (cervical region). can it be kyphosis or could it be fat deposit?

Deposit: You can find out with a simple xray or better yet, lose some of the weight and see if the hump goes away.

Lipoma?: You may have a lipoma which is a benign collection of fatty tissue. You should have it checked by a physician.

Lipoma: Most likley it is a lipoma.  A fatty tumor that is benign.  It can be left alone if not cauing any pain or discomfort.

does zerona liposuction work on legs, too? i've only read about it working/being used for belly, waist and back fat. i have those, but i also have deposits on my thighs. and my calves are fat. can i get my legs treated with zerona, too?

In : In short - yes it can be used on the legs...But don't expect big results.  It is not a from of liposuction.

lower back swelling/lump near sacral area. showed it physically to 2 surgeons, one said normal another said its just fat deposits. but problem is when i poop, that area feels tight, & smtyms it feels burning and hot on the skin(not deep). pls help?

: Lower back lump and tightness and burning there when you poop are not related and might be co incidental. If two surgeons told you that there is nothing very abnormal then you should be reassured.
