See a doctor: This is grossly abnormal and needs rapid and thorough evaluation.  Blood from urine and stool are very severe (presuming it is not coming from your menstrual period), and cannot be ignored.  See a primary care doctor now and hope you are better soon.

Bleeding disorder: You need to have a full evaluation by a family physician or an internist. Many specialists will only look at their organ of interest. In this case you need to also be checked for bleeding disorders and have a full clinical history and physical examination and medication review.  Best wishes.

See your doctor: Anemia from your rectal bleeding is high on my list of diagnosis. You have to see your doctor asap. The low red blood cell count (anemia) may be causing all your symptoms. Go in today if you can. The reason for your rectal bleeding needs to be investigated.
