Need a full H&P: A full history and physical is needed to assess seconadary causes such sleep apnea, anemia, thyroid dz, diabetes, depression, deconditioning etc. Fatigue is a symptom not a diagnosis and can be many things. Go get a physical.

Sleep quality: If you get 9 to 10 hrs. sleep nightly and still feel fatigued you need to find out why.  Please see your doctor.  This may have to do w/the quality of the sleep you get or something else, perhaps hormonal or stress related.  Peace and good health.

It maybe your sleep: May be you aren't getting enough / good quality sleep, or probably your thyroid gland. Try to observe good sleep hygiene: no caffeinated beverages in the evening, no exercise late evening too, no tv/smart phone/ computer 1 hour before bedtime, quiet cool dark bedroom, etc.. if that doesn't work see your doctor for assessment, best wishes

Many possibilities: If your period is due then it could be pre-menstrual symptoms - some months they can be worse or different than others.  It could also be a mild viral infection or irritation of the colon.  Take some probiotics, ibuprofen and rest.

Maybe 2 things: The blue mood and fatigue make me wonder about depression; but then, you might also have insomnia, poor interests/concentration/appetite, guilty feelings, or anxiety/short fuse. The non-restful mornings make me wonder if you have a sleep disorder like either restless legs syndrome or sleep apnea. Your fp would probably be the best one to help you quickly sort out this combination of symptoms.

You don't say: how long you have been sick but if it has been for more than 3 or four days and your are not improving y9our should see your doctor.

Yes: Arrhythmia could be causing some of these symptoms, or could be inadequate deep sleep. Would definitely get evaluation by cardiologist and if that is not revealing would recommend sleep study and consult with sleep specialist. Not something to take lightly as poor sleep may even make you more susceptible to arrhythmias as well as numerous other health problems. Take care of yourself now
