Hb?: Would need to see a Hemoglobin level as well as a chemistry panel, but this is an abnormal Blood count. Could be an infection, or could be more then that. Wait a week, and see ur doctor for repeat CBC.

Either: Well, it could be either.  If you are feeling these symptoms but otherwise feel pretty good it is more likely allergies.  If you feel generally ill then viral is more likely.

: This could be other viral problems or even cardiac.  Make sure to support with good fluid intake and diet in the meantime and if viral often gets better within a few weeks, otherwise needs some labs and a chest xray.

Pharyngitis: Can be caused by bacteria or virus. Most occurrences do not require antibiotic treatment. A quick swab by your doctor or at the urgent care center can determine if you need any treatment at all or if home remedies with common OTC analgesics and warm salt water gargle will surfice

Flu: First question is did you get the flu shot?  This sounds like the flu. However you can go to your doctor and have a sole test done to check. Unfortunately you are outside the treatment window if it is the flu. Temps of 104 are serious and seeing your doctor would be prudent. Hope you feel better.

: Any symptoms like Fever and fatigue raises a question of COVID-19 infection. Do you have any sore throat or cough?.
Unless your fever goes away in the next 1-2 days, you should go get a COVID test done. In the meantime isolate yourself at home in one room and wear a mask before you come in contact with anyone. Good luck.
