Kind of: The fat pads are normal structures and so they don't really heal.  In a x-ray of a normal elbow, they are usually not seen as they are within the joint.  When the elbow joint has extra fluid in it, they float out of the joint and are visible.  So when you see fat pads on an x-ray, that is a sign of a significant elbow injury even if a fracture is not seen, as in an occult radial head fracture.

Elbow fat pad : In certain injuries to the elbow , one incurs bruising of the bone . When that occurs it displaces some of the joint fluid and in addition to some extra bleeding in the joint , which shows a certain Lucent area on the X-ray , which is called a positive fat pad sign , t is a mild condition which resolves eventually over a 4-6 week period of time .

Many options: Proper treatment for this condition includes physical therapy based exercises specific to golfer's elbow and a counterforce brace that can be worn for activity. If pain persists, a steroid injection can be given as well. Surgery is a last resort as this usually improves with time.

Using it: It may be that you use that arm more than the other  arm, resulting in increased muscle mass in onr arm.

Fatty Lumps?: Abdominal "pouch" is a collection of defuse fatty deposits vs the elbow fat most likely is a lipoma. Best to see your PMD for referral to PS for evaluation and surgical options.

Yes: Mucus plugs may be associated with an inflamed airway. Infection should be ruled out and if you have asthma, this sometimes occurs. If so, your asthma medications may need to be adjusted.

Hello, : Hello, i don't know if you had your elbow treated or not. I would be concerned that there may be some vascular issue which is preventing fluids from draining from your hand. I do recommend that this be evaluated.
